Τον Ιούνιο του 2010 παντρεύτηκαν. Στις 24 Οκτωβρίου του 2012 φέρνουν στον κόσμο το πρώτο τους παιδί, τη Μάργκω. Λίγα χρόνια μετά, στις 4 Μαρτίου 2015, γεννιέται το δεύτερο παιδί τους, ο Σπύρος. Ο λόγος για την Μαριέττα Χρουσαλά και τον Λέωντα Πατίστα, που αποτελούν ένα από το πιο ερωτευμένα ζευγάρια της showbiz. Είναι γνωστό πως τα τελευταία χρόνια η οικογένεια έχει εγκατασταθεί στην Αμερική και η περήφανη μαμά και σύζυγος Μαριέττα, μας έχει «βάλει» στο σπίτι της αρκετές φορές μέσω Instagram.
